Been coming regularly for mole checks as well as mole removals. Both Putney and the City clinic are nice and clean and thorough consultation given before procedure. However, their pricing should be more transparent. Breakdown of the bill should be shared as a standard and not only when asked. And even when asked, the breakdown was provided hours later via email and not when paying the bill. And surprise-surprise, Fucibet was worth £30 and plasters £10 that were added to the bill. It left a bitter taste in the mouth that nothing was discussed beforehand. Profit is important but so is informing the patients :). It’s now 2.5weeks after the mole removal and no lab results yet even though the leaflet says 1-2 weeks.
