I had a large skin tag and was expecting to pay, at most, £345 as per your website. The doctor charged me over £700 without explaining the reason for the dramatic rise. The procedure went well however I had sutures which needed removing. I discovered a week later that I had a 2cm piece left in. I took a while to get in touch by email and as I couldn't make it back to the clinic, I just had to remove the suture myself. Traumatising. Would have been nice to hear from the doctor responsible and hear an apology. Can I suggest you get more inclusive plasters. The ones I had on for a week would be great for caucasians but stood out like a sore thumb on me. Also, why don't you have a specific email for aftercare and not the same 'enquiries' email every Joe blogs uses?
