I booked my mole removal for Harley st, had email confirmation and all. Unfortunately when I came to Harley street for my appointment they were not ready for me, which caused a bit of a kerfuffle. there was apparently an IT issue where I was booked in under wrong clinic location. But thankfully Dr Lydia was able to see me and to be honest as my case was relatively straightforward the mole removal was quick efficient and has healed nicely. Was also given good advice for aftercare. So apart from the administrative glitch all was good.
