I am a nervous patient and had two moles removed from my lower back on August 29th. Everyone from reception to nurse to doctor was amazing and put me at ease form the moment I walked in the building. I had one hour appointment with Dr Rhys who had a look at the moles; we discussed the procedure in details and I had the chance to ask as many questions as I wanted to before, during and after. My partner was able to stay with me throughout the procedure and I didn’t feel at all obligated to proceed. The consultation felt very neutral and I am very happy with the results. There are a few other moles I’d like removed and I’m ever so happy Cosmedics in Bristol has made it so stress free! I’m already looking forward to going back and I a grateful there is an option to have moles looked at promptly and professionally. Very satisfied throughout!
