Came here for a really serious issue. They spoke to me in flowery language and then didn't follow up with any of their promises. I was promised that I would be sent information and have phoned multiple times to remind them. It has been over two months and everytime I contact them they apologise and then never contact me again. Cruel and false behaviour. If you value your time don't go here.
