“Friendly staff, very upfront about pricing, and the doctors are absolutely experts at this stuff. I had a large mole removed, only took a couple of minutes and I didn't feel a thing. Now you'd never know it had been there. Thank you Cosmedics!”

“Fantastic, bright and fresh clinic with highly professional staff and surgeon. I booked an appointment to have a small facial mole removed. After a two minute wait in the waiting room (which has a coffee machine), the consultation took about five minutes, and then the mole was removed. I was out of the door in no more than ten minutes!”

“I’m so glad I got my mole removed here. It was bothering me for quite a while and because it was growing I decided to do something about it. It’s two weeks since I had the procedure done and I barely have any signs of it. In a couple of weeks I think nobody will even notice anything.”

“Dr Lydia was outstanding. I had a growth near my eye. She identified that it was a wart and successfully removed it there and then. I would highly recommend. I would go back in a heart beat. Thank you Dr Lydia you are truly magical x”

“It’s a bit pricy, but you really get what you pay for. Matt did a fantastic job of explaining my options and performing the procedure there and then. I had the choice of a simpler and cheaper procedure or a more expensive one, and I chose the cheaper. Halfway through, he said the slightly more complex one would be more appropriate after all, and did it - but only charged me for the procedure I’d originally chosen. When I had my stitches out a week later at my local GP’s, the nurse was full of praise for how well he’d done them. It looks really good! On the basis of this experience I would wholeheartedly recommend Cosmedics.”

“I can't believe I put this procedure off for so long as a result of pure embarrassment. I was made to feel so comfortable by everyone at Codmedics and everything was explained clearly. I wasn't expecting to go on for a consultation and have my skin tag removed on the same day. It was over so quickly and Dr Richard was so kind and professional! Some discomfort in the days following, as expected but I am healing well and back to my daily life with ease.”

“I went to have the small milia under my eyes removed. I have lots of small tiny white dots under there. I popped one myself- and white puss like fluid came out. However I read online this should not be done by yourself. So, to be safe I went to the clinic and was informed by Dr Amy that she believes it is not milia, but it is small like oil glands that are swollen? the Dr told me it is impossible to remove and that it will just be like that? Surely if I managed to SAFELY pop a couple of them AND remove the puss inside... then it is in fact milia.... Lmao. This does not make sense to me.... I basically paid £75 for a consultation.... with no solution? As the Dr gave no incline of how to remove/treat them. Bad service. I do not recommend at all.”

We always welcome patient feedback. In this case we feel your comments are unjustified. You had a full consultation and examination of the area and a diagnosis based on this. The fact that you did not like the outcome and limited treatment options is not our fault as we are here to give honest advice and recommendations based on our findings. We do not treat patients whose expectations are unrealistic and adhere professional good medical practice in turning patients down where treatment is not indicated or where the doctors believes it is not in their best interest.
