“The wounds are healing much more slowly than I was led to expect and I think they will almost certainly leave larger scars than I was warned about too. Time will tell, I suppose. I was given the after care leaflet for the wrong service and had to ask for the correct information twice. The treatment was quite expensive: I won't resent the expense if the result turns out well in the end, but it's too soon to say. Other clients should not go in for treatment and expect to come out transformed, the way it's shown on the website.”

“No problems, except that I thought the cost was a bit on the steep side considering I was only in for about 30 minutes. I know I booked a mole inspection as well as one removal, but I thought the former might have been included i9n the latter, especially as there was nothing obviously suspicious.”

“I’m used to a much more personal relationship with my aesthetician. Having to fill in a form at every appointment makes me feel I’m a stranger. There’s no interest in my personal objectives for treatment. I don’t feel seen beyond just doing the same as the last appointment. The doctor knows nothing about me and keeping me at arm’s length seems to be the client service approach.”

“The pricing is not transparent enough. Despise photo evidence and a quote on line to remove two warts I was asked to pay a lot more at the clinic. The recommended after care creams should be included in the price. The procedure was quick and painless and the result is very good so is the aftercare.”

“I had a large skin tag and was expecting to pay, at most, £345 as per your website. The doctor charged me over £700 without explaining the reason for the dramatic rise. The procedure went well however I had sutures which needed removing. I discovered a week later that I had a 2cm piece left in. I took a while to get in touch by email and as I couldn't make it back to the clinic, I just had to remove the suture myself. Traumatising. Would have been nice to hear from the doctor responsible and hear an apology. Can I suggest you get more inclusive plasters. The ones I had on for a week would be great for caucasians but stood out like a sore thumb on me. Also, why don't you have a specific email for aftercare and not the same 'enquiries' email every Joe blogs uses?”

“Been coming regularly for mole checks as well as mole removals. Both Putney and the City clinic are nice and clean and thorough consultation given before procedure. However, their pricing should be more transparent. Breakdown of the bill should be shared as a standard and not only when asked. And even when asked, the breakdown was provided hours later via email and not when paying the bill. And surprise-surprise, Fucibet was worth £30 and plasters £10 that were added to the bill. It left a bitter taste in the mouth that nothing was discussed beforehand. Profit is important but so is informing the patients :). It’s now 2.5weeks after the mole removal and no lab results yet even though the leaflet says 1-2 weeks.”

“Happy overall with treatment for DPNs but think communication from clinic re: cost prior to appointment despite my giving them a lot of information was poor so would not recommend as was more than double the guide price.”
