I just want to be honest I was really interested in upper eye surgery after seeing this company on the tv day time programme this morning I called for info as I trusted them being on tv , I booked the surgery with Dr Malandrakis My upper eyes were a real problem for me after surgery they looked uneven quite messy I did call the surgery that put me at ease after 2 weeks they looked terrible my eyes looked so uneven deep scars I felt absolutely distraught I sailed the surgery multiple times and even went in twice and had to pay £50 to be looked at also fobbed off by reception staff. The owner of cosmedics called me but didn’t offer me any kind help just said give it time. 2 years later I flew to Brussels and a surgeon from Brussels said it was a mess ! I’d been cut in the position and did it again for me now they are incredible DONT HAVE UPPER BLEPH DONE HERE ! Thank god I had an amazing doctor to put this Right I have all the proof of emails too ! Hope this helps

Came here for a really serious issue. They spoke to me in flowery language and then didn't follow up with any of their promises. I was promised that I would be sent information and have phoned multiple times to remind them. It has been over two months and everytime I contact them they apologise and then never contact me again. Cruel and false behaviour. If you value your time don't go here.

I went to Cosmetics two weeks ago for a minor procedure. I was very satisfied with my treatment. Everyone was pleased and efficient.

Had a facial mole removed, being a full excision with stitches it always leaves a scar… i was fine with this and the procedure went well. What was very disappointing was not being told anything how to care for the wound. The doctor dressed it and said come back in 8 days for stitches removal. The dressing fell off after 4 days and i thought it was ok as it had dried… what i was not told was a scar trying to heal is very bad being exposed to the sun. Hadbeen in the sun for 4 days working. Only found out that this was bad from reading a advertisement leaflet on sunblock scar cream in the reception whilst waiting for the stitches to be removed. When i told the dr who removed the stitches they said “oh no, oh well its too late now..didn't they tell you?” Yes they should have told me when getting it done how to properly care for it i was told next to nothing. Aftercare is awful once you have paid its like they don't want to know anymore. Now left with very red scar on face wondering if its ever going to go to anything like normal skin colour. Was going to get two other moles taken care of but put off now.

My £50.00 consultation fee was not cancelled after spending £1,000 on treatments. The receptionist was not helpful so will be very careful next time .

I came to the clinic worried and insecure about two moles on my chest. I wasn't pleased with the appearance and wanted to see if they could be removed. A deposit for the consultation was taken and I was quickly talked through the procedure. The doctor was very professional but in hindsight, I feel that I shouldn't have had the treatment and the aftercare and effects of treating the chest area wasn't explained fully. The result of the scarring is worse than the look of the original moles, which had very mild atypia and wasn't bad enough for medical/emergency removal. I wrote to the clinic three weeks after treatment as I was worried about how the scars had stretched. Also I was concerned that there were linear stitches that didn't seem like they would dissolve as it was protruding from the skin and was buckling the skin surrounding it. The quickest appointment that I could get was with a different doctor, and the doctor who originally treated me couldn't see me for another week. I didn't want to wait as I could also see that I had 'spitting stitches' or stitches that were being that were being rejected by my body, therefore affecting the healing. The new doctor that I saw confirmed that the scars had stretched and that I should have been booked in to remove the linear stitch as usually this is one that would be removed by a doctor or the patient themselves after two weeks. He removed it and I carried on massaging the area and treating it with silicone. Unfortunately, I am left with stretched and keloid scarring. I now understand that surgery to the chest area is highly prone to healing badly and often forms keloids/ stretching due to the tension on this area. I was very diligent with massaging the area, using silicone gels and sheets from two weeks after the surgery and made sure that I didn't stretch in the first two weeks and restricted movement. I am now looking into spending more money to improve the keloid scar and finding that I may be in a vicious circle. To anyone who may be reading this, please really consider the long term affects. My moles were flat and small, and really weren't aesthetically that bad. Professional procedure but unfortunately rushed and not explained fully with aftercare information.

Despite advertising a fixed price of £310 for a single mole shave excision, I was told at the appointment that it would cost £400. By this point I was left little choice but to agree, having already paid the £50 consultation fee. It’s misleading to advertise a fixed price and then increase it, as I would have gone elsewhere that would have been cheaper. Very disappointed.

They advertise very boldly that they are in Twickenham TW1 area, when I called the clinic they said "they do not have a clinic in twickenham" so I asked why do you advertise this on your website in bold letters? she could not give me an answer False advertisement hence The reason why im giving this clinic 1 star.
