“Boxtox in 3 areas 2nd time here with Marion grob. Very thorough and love the option to come back in 2 weeks top up or correction. Bit more expensive than other places but worth it”

“I had a hydrafacial with Georgia and absolutely loved it. Not only was Georgia a lovely girl but performed one of the best hydrafacials I’ve had yet. She included my neck which not many places do and when I asked her to focus on my chin area, she payed extra attention there. Thanks Georgia!”

“I had HD Brows with Sienna and I have never had so many positive compliments before! She fixed my eyebrows from when my last therapist waxed off half of my hair and shaped them to make my eyes pop. She did such a good even my boyfriend noticed!”

“I have been visiting Cosmedics for 3 years for electrolysis. The clinic was recommended by a friend who continues with treatment there and I have recommended another friend who now attends regularly. Sienna in particular is skilful and pleasant, and I now only book appointments with her. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly. On one occasion I was asked to call urgently about my appointment and I think I spoke to the call centre who didn't know anything about the call. As I was away at the time I planned to ring Putney for clarification on my return, but, forgot which was annoying as when I went to my next appointment was told it was cancelled as Sienna was on leave. I complained at the time to reception staff and they said they would follow it up, and that wasn't the first time there had been problems with the call centre.”

“I have had two courses of 6 Caci treatments. (I love the way my skin feels afterwards, looks glowing and has tightened my jowl area and reduced my frown lines) I was very lucky to have Michelle a new therapist at the clinic for my last session. She is very knowledgeable about the treatment and targeted the areas that I expressed were problem areas for me. Afterwards finishing off with a lovely personal relaxing facial which was an added bonus.”

“Have visited the clinic a number of times and always found the team to be very helpful and efficient. This time I had a Hydrafacial with Michelle. The treatment was so deep cleansing and left my skin feeling clean, glowing and thoroughly refreshed. Michelle was an excellent therapist, she has a lovely manner and is very knowledgable. Highly recommend both Michelle and the treatment itself.”

“I cannot believe the difference in my laser hair removal treatment under my chin caused by PCOS. I’m only on my fourth treatment out of six and I feel so much better, it’s as if there is no hair at all. My confidence is coming back! Thank you so much to Lydia for contributing so much to this!
