“I was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. My issue was a delicate one and my doctor was kind, understanding and helpful. My entire proceedure took less than 30 minutes and I felt very comfortable throughout.”

“The staff was very friendly, I got seen because I had a mole on my head from birth. was very anxious about going in but straight away they put my mind at ease. the doctor and assistant doctor were very professional and talked me through everything. I am very happy with the service which they provided HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“I had a mole on my face removed at the Putney clinic by Dr Ross Perry. The clinic was highly professional, and staff very calming and reassuring from the start. The process was clearly explained to me, including the costs, healing timelines and expected final outcome. Dr Perry was very focused on achieving the best end result, and advised that shave excision was the optimum procedure for this. I had the mole removed there and then. After the initial injection the process was completely pain free, and only took around 15 minutes. I was given compeed plasters which subtly cover up and protect the wound while it heals (to wear for 2 weeks), and then anti-inflammatory cream to minimise the risk of overhealing (again for 2 weeks). I am extremely happy with the final result!! It’s not even been a month yet and the scar is barely noticeable and is easily covered with light make up. I would highly recommend Cosmedics and Dr Ross and his team!”

“The service I received was professional my consultant was reassuring and made me feel very comfortable. The consultant fee was very reasonable and was taken off the price of having the mole removed so all in all everything was very very reasonable I felt. I am so happy I went to cosmetics to remove my mole I feel like a new person now.”

“I visited Dr Ross Perry on 26th of May to have two moles removed that were on my face and I was really anxious. The procedure was painless and really quick. It has been almost three weeks now since I got my moles removed and I have healed quickly that I can not even notice they were there . I am so happy with the result and I highly recommend Dr Ross Perry HE IS AMAZING !!! Thank you to Dr Perry and the Cosmedics team !!!”

“I just did my Botox and my daughter did her cyst removal at Cosmedics at Harley street . I am extremely happy with the service. They are extremely flexible and changed my 2nd check -up appointment as I had something urgent come up. They managed to give me one immediately really quick. Dr. Jenny was excellent at her job. I highly recommend DrJenny .”

“I telephoned Thursday afternoon and attended Friday morning, during the consultation every detail was explained including cost. I then had an aggressive looking " mole" removed the same morning, I found the staff pleasant and very professional they made me comfortable and informed every step of the procedure. The cost was very reasonable for the high level of treatment I received including future biopsy results. Highly recommended Mr C.Moore. (London)”

“Been coming regularly for mole checks as well as mole removals. Both Putney and the City clinic are nice and clean and thorough consultation given before procedure. However, their pricing should be more transparent. Breakdown of the bill should be shared as a standard and not only when asked. And even when asked, the breakdown was provided hours later via email and not when paying the bill. And surprise-surprise, Fucibet was worth £30 and plasters £10 that were added to the bill. It left a bitter taste in the mouth that nothing was discussed beforehand. Profit is important but so is informing the patients :). It’s now 2.5weeks after the mole removal and no lab results yet even though the leaflet says 1-2 weeks.”
