“Really happy with my ear-pinning surgery. The first few days were quite painful and uncomfortable, but I think that’s to be expected with this kind of procedure. The aftercare was honestly wonderful. Everyone was so kind, supportive and reassuring throughout. I’m really pleased with the results and so glad I went through with it.”

“Fantastic job! I was always self-conscious about my ears sticking out and never felt comfortable wearing my hair up. I came across Cosmedics and had a consultation with Dr Ghorbanian, who explained the surgery clearly and answered all my questions. He really put me at ease, and I’m so pleased with the whole experience. I can finally wear my hair up without feeling self-conscious.”
