“Dr Malandrakis has achieved amazing results with my upper eye lid surgery. I was very nervous on the day and he made me feel very much at ease. I’m in my late 50’s and started to notice a lot of loose skin around my eyes. I’m so glad I decided to go for it! and delighted with the outcome. The recovery was painless. Thank you Dr Malandrakis.”

“The wounds are healing much more slowly than I was led to expect and I think they will almost certainly leave larger scars than I was warned about too. Time will tell, I suppose. I was given the after care leaflet for the wrong service and had to ask for the correct information twice. The treatment was quite expensive: I won't resent the expense if the result turns out well in the end, but it's too soon to say. Other clients should not go in for treatment and expect to come out transformed, the way it's shown on the website.”

“The treatment I received by the Cosmedics team recently was unrivalled. Both the appointment procedure and efficiency of securing the appointment, as well as the information given to me prior to the procedure was clear and gave me confidence. The staff were welcoming and Dr Samim Ghorbanian and his assistant were so kind and calm. Everything was explained clearly, and the procedure was carried out so smoothly it put me at my ease. I was given information during and after the procedure, and any question I asked was answered. For me, the entire process of dealing with something which was initially very frightening, was made very much easier by the attitude and pleasant, professional manner of the staff, in particular of Dr Samim Ghorbanian. I would highly recommend both the doctor and the team I saw, within Cosmedics, to anyone needing the type of treatment which is offered by Cosmedics.”

“No problems, except that I thought the cost was a bit on the steep side considering I was only in for about 30 minutes. I know I booked a mole inspection as well as one removal, but I thought the former might have been included i9n the latter, especially as there was nothing obviously suspicious.”

“I’m used to a much more personal relationship with my aesthetician. Having to fill in a form at every appointment makes me feel I’m a stranger. There’s no interest in my personal objectives for treatment. I don’t feel seen beyond just doing the same as the last appointment. The doctor knows nothing about me and keeping me at arm’s length seems to be the client service approach.”

“Service at the clinic was good but the after service was terrible. The mole biopsy was completed in November and we are now in Mid January, Various call and I still do not have the results. This has Kept me worried for 2 months. This was also an expensive service that had taken the doctor around 5 minutes to perform.”
